Research concerning importance of vitamin in prawn food not yet [done/conducted] many, so that data concerning this matter still is limited. Some researcher have [done/conducted] research about requirement of vitamin for the juvenil of Penaeus japonicus. Et al Kanazawa. ( 1976) telling that growth of Penaeus japonicus juvenil, to each;every 100 gram of pakan require to be enhanced [by] 300 vitamin mg of C ( acid ascorbic), 400 inisitol mg, 6-12 vitamin mg of B1 ( thiamin) and 12 vitamin mg of B6 ( Pyridoxin).

Et al Lightner. ( 1977) expressing that Penaeus and californiensis of Penaeus stylirostris sometime show symptom below par the so-called " Death Black" marked [by] black colour [at] network below/under husk which there are in all surface of body, [at] wall of oesophagus, intestine, gill gap and gill. " Death Black" this represent a[n symptom lacking of vitamin C. Hereinafter Lightner etal. please tell that in each;every 1 food singk require to be enhanced [by] 2000 vitamin mg C. Addition which quite a lot because of vitamin of C will lose [about/around] 90 % in course of making of pakan and lose counted 40 % in course of warm-up.
